Privacy Policy

Notice under Articles 12, 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") · Last updated: September 15, 2026

In short (the human version)

On accumunation.it we collect just one thing: your email, and only if you give it to us in the "Notify me" form. We use it to write to you when a group buy opens. No spam, no selling data to third parties. We count visits anonymously and without cookies (which pages, how many clicks, where visitors come from): no identifier stays on your device and we can't recognize you. More detailed statistics (with cookies) only start if you accept in the banner. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete everything at any time. The full version is below.

1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected through this website is:

  • Enrico Desimini — "Accumunation" project
  • Address: Sannicandro di Bari (BA), Italy
  • Tax code: DSMNRC99L15A662K
  • Privacy contact email: accumunation@gmail.com

No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as one is not required for this processing.

2. What data we collect

a) Data you give us

  • Email address, entered voluntarily in the "Notify me" form (managed through the Brevo platform). It's the only information the form asks for.

b) Data collected automatically

  • Anonymous statistics without cookies (pages visited, interactions, referring site, device type), collected through PostHog, Vercel Web Analytics and our own server counters if you don't accept or you ignore the banner. We don't store anything on your device to recognize you: your IP address is turned into a non-reversible code that changes every day and is then discarded, so we can't link visits to you or recognize you on later days.
  • Full statistics with cookies (including repeat visits and your path between pages over time), through PostHog, only if you press "Accept" in the banner.
  • Technical server logs (e.g. IP address, HTTP requests), processed by the hosting provider Vercel to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • A preference saved in your browser (localStorage) that remembers your cookie choice: it's only there to respect that choice and to avoid asking for consent on every visit. It contains no identifiers.

We don't collect special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) and we don't carry out profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you (Art. 22 GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

  • Email: for as long as the alert service is active or until you withdraw your consent (via the unsubscribe link in every email, or by contacting us directly at the address in section 1). 6. Cookies and tracking tools

  • Vercel Web Analytics: anonymous visit counting, without cookies.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's browsing data for this website (your saved choice is removed and the banner appears again on your next visit) or by writing to the contact in section 1.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the tools or purposes of processing change. Significant changes will be flagged on this page, and the last updated date will always be shown at the top. We encourage you to check it from time to time.
